I was in sales for many years, but had enough. I got burnt out. It’s great when you are selling and get that high….but it’s inconsistent and you have a LOT of downturns as well. Those downturns are the dangerous aspect of sales as companies will fire you on a whim when you don’t sell or don’t sell as much as they want. It’s a profession with a lot of turn over. If you are looking for a bit of stability in your life look for a non sales job.

A setup like that is just idiotic. Calisthenics is cheaper, cooler, and puts less strain on the body. Pull up bar, Rings, Parallettes, resistance bands are the essentials. Additions would be floor plate and bar for bands which double as isometrics devices, Arm loops for leg raises and a Weighted west.

I worked a sales job at 19 out of highschool selling frozen steaks out of a truck in Chicago in the winter, I learned so much, had bad days making no money and had awesome days making 500+ a day. If you are young and get in sales its a great learning experience. Now, in my mid twenties I'm working salary/hourly corporate jobs, and while the stability is nice, i miss that feeling of the next sale 😅

Sometimes I go to sleep at 4am 💤
